Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

HelCat Training are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and the safety of our clients, delegates and employees is paramount and remains our number one priority.

We are following Government advice by wiping down all surfaces, handles and equipment before and after every training course. We are also prompting delegates to wash their hands at regular intervals throughout the course.
We have taken the added precaution of supplying alcohol hand gel at the door as you enter the building and would request that you use this when entering and leaving the premises. We have also provided hand cream for your use, so your hands don’t suffer as a consequence.

Advice when visiting our premises:
If you are exhibiting any signs of respiratory infection (eg flu/cold/cough, especially if it makes you sneeze, cough or blow your nose) we advise that you do not attend our premises and follow the self-isolating advice set out by the Government.
Staff will check, prior to the course starting, that all delegates feel well enough to proceed with the training.
If you or your delegates are unable to attend a training course booked with HelCat due to COVID-19 please let us know and we will reschedule your training course free of charge.
